Just like Diabetes, Breast Cancer plays a big roll in this family.

My mum had breast cancer 23 years ago and she is fighting fit.

So for precautionary measures I have an annual mammogram and check up with a specialist.

All $250 worth of check up....wow am I so glad I get it all back on insurance.

So for 10 minutes once a year, off I go and get squashed and flattened, poked and prodded all in the name of my own health.

But then hey, rather that then not being here for my 2 little guys.
